tataḥ kleśa-karma-nivṛttiḥ

ततः क्लेशकर्मनिवृत्तिः

From that cessation of afflicted action

tatas - hence, from that

kleśa - afflictions; distress; anguish

karman - act, action, performance; work, labour, activity; any religious act or rite; organ of sense

nivṛtti - cessation
