tataḥ kṣīyate prakāśa-āvaraṇam

ततः क्षीयते प्रकाशावरणम्

From that, the covering of the light dissolves

tatas - hence, from that

kṣīyate - dissolves

prakāśa - brightness

āvaraṇa - covering

“From Prāṇāyāma the covering of the light dissolves.”
