tat-artha eva-dṛśyasya-ātmā

तदर्थ एव दृश्यस्यात्मा

That purpose of the seen is indeed for our essence


tat - that, this

artha - purpose, aim; meaning; thing, object

eva - thus

dṛśya - the seen

ātman - essence; the highest personal principle of life; the individual soul, self
