vīta-rāga-viṣayaṃ vā cittam

वीतरागविषयम् वा चित्तम्

Or, as an object, a psyche free from attraction


vīta - free from; smooth

rāga - colour; attraction; delight in; vehement desire of; attachment; a musical note, harmony, melody

viṣaya - object

- or

citta - psyche (the totality of the human mind, conscious and unconscious); mind; heart

Or it can be taking as an object, a psyche free from the distractions of attraction.
